He got 28.5% of the vote, and even Basu Roy got 19% of the vote. So they'll all get reimbursed :P As for the Health Plan referendum, that's slightly unfortunate since next year I'm going to be a part-time student, so not only do I lose my bus pass but my health plan as well...sigh.
